Schedule only via Google Calendar (not Zoom, etc.)

1. All our calendars are busy/free shared, so you can find an available slot easily (no Slack/emails internally to ask for time unless on Tues/Thursday due to No Meetings on T/Th )

   1. Use the "Meet with..." feature in Google Calendar to identify free slots quickly

      

2. We use Zoom for video conferencing.

3. Invites show in cal already - no email notifications, please
