We utilize Pulse Surveys to ensure our team has the opportunity to provide feedback
- We want employees to be a part of building a greater workplace that focuses on people first. We want to see our people grow and succeed within their teams.
- Pulse surveys let us create happier, better-performing teams by getting anonymous feedback and acknowledging good work.
- Anonymous surveys can provide managers with honest feedback, allowing them to respond faster and track trends over time.
- We can only fix a problem if we know about it!
- Research indicates that 75% of workers are less involved or quit their jobs, primarily due to their boss or management.
- At Filmhub, we care about our employees' happiness. We aim to keep our team engaged and decrease the rate at which employees leave quickly.
- Research shows that teams who are involved work 21% harder than teams who are not.
What is in it for you?
- Your feedback is crucial in helping us improve Filmhub's work environment.
- You can share your thoughts and worries → We appreciate your views and you'll be involved in our decision-making.
- Pulse surveys help to build a culture where we always try to do better → Getting honest feedback allows us to keep improving how we do things
Anonymity
- Anonymity creates a safe and easy way for our employees to share important details of their day-to-day.
- Choose to be Anonymous: Employees can choose to give feedback without saying who they are. By default, feedback is anonymous.
- Honest Discussions: Managers can answer to anonymous comments from team members. Team members can keep chatting anonymously or choose to share their identity. This promotes a safe space for open communication about important topics.
How does Anonymity Work in a Small Team?
- Individual answers are never displayed
- Text answers are anonymous by default, but employees can choose to reveal their identity.
- All managers can see the company's overall scores. But, team-specific reports and scores are only visible to their respective managers.
- To protect anonymity:
- Scores given to the surveys are not visible until at least three (3) active members have answered the survey.
- Anonymous Feedback is visible when a Team has at least five (5) members - active or inactive.
- Non-anonymous feedback will be visible in the immediate team the employee is part of.
What Happens with the Results?
- We regularly analyze the data to find important patterns, changes over time, and parts we can make better.
- We share the findings with everyone in the company. We'll give a summary of the results, pointing out both the good parts and the parts that need work. It's all about transparency!
