Filmhub US Employee Health Insurance Plans (Pricing 12/2024 - 11/2025)

1. 100% of Medical Healthcare costs covered for Filmhub Employees and Dependents, up to

   1. $700 for Employee only
   2. $1,400 for Employee and Spouse
   3. $1,400 for Employee and Children
   4. $2,100 for family

   Current plan overall costs and statements of benefits explaining co-payments, deductibles etc. for each plan can be found here. Example: If you choose an employee-only plan that costs $750/month, Filmhub will cover $700/month and $50/month will be deducted from your paycheck.

6. Supporting Infinite Learning: Want to learn something or take a class? We’ll reimburse up to $2,000/year. If the class is more, just ask and we’ll see what we can do.

7. In addition to your company-provided laptop, we’ll reimburse you $1,000 within your first 30 days to get your home office set up to your needs. (Desk, laptop stand, monitor, chair, AirPods, whatever you need). Please note that if you voluntarily leave the company within the first year, you will be required to reimburse the $1,000 office set-up stipend.

   • Please note: computers, monitors, mice & keyboards will always be the property of Filmhub, and you will be responsible for mailing them back at the end of your employment.

9. Up to $500/month reimbursed for shared office space. We get that you might not want to be around your roommate or kids at all times.

   1. Deposits for shared office space are not reimbursable since the money will be paid back to you once you terminate your lease.
      1. No long-term office rent agreements unless approved or at own risk
   2. If you work in our LA or NYC hub, NeueHouse is our preferred co-working space, and you will get a membership if you are regularly coming into the office
