We want to encourage a healthy work-life balance and offer generous PTO to ensure you have plenty of time to recharge. Filmhub has no set limit on vacation days. Take the time you need to rest and recharge while ensuring your responsibilities are managed.
- Supporting Infinite Learning: Want to learn something or take a class? We’ll reimburse up to $2,000/year. If the class is more, just ask and we’ll see what we can do.
- In addition to your company-provided laptop, we’ll reimburse you $1,000 within your first 30 days to get your home office set up to your needs. (Desk, laptop stand, monitor, chair, AirPods, whatever you need). Please note that if you voluntarily leave the company within the first year, you will be required to reimburse the $1,000 office set-up stipend.

- Please note: computers, monitors, mice & keyboards will always be the property of Filmhub, and you will be responsible for mailing them back at the end of your employment.

- Up to $500/month reimbursed for shared office space. We get that you might not want to be around your roommate or kids at all times.
- Deposits for shared office space are not reimbursable since the money will be paid back to you once you terminate your lease.
- No long-term office rent agreements unless approved or at own risk
- Access to Carta’s Equity Advisor Program: All eligible employees have access to the “Tax Advice” tab in their Carta account, so you can book 1:1 sessions with an Equity Tax Advisor—and the “Learn” tab, where you can access on-demand videos.
